B.O.S.S. Enterprise – ERP/WMS/POS

The B.O.S.S. Enterprise ERP system offers a universal solution for the sale of goods: be it in a central retail network or in wholesale with distribution centres up to warehouse management systems (WMS).

The performance, high stability and flexibility of the system allow it to be used in any area. The features of the system and the wide range of settings make it suitable for operation in the entire company with a structure of wholesale stores and subordinate retail shops, including online mode of the entire chain. Communication between the individual modules is guaranteed by our own secure data replication system. The system also enables individual branches to be grouped into larger units (chains) that are remotely monitored and centrally controlled.

B.O.S.S. Enterprise supports the entire range of goods circulation - from distribution or production wholesale branches to the final sale at POS and thus offers a compact and very powerful unit that can also be supplemented by our evaluation system in the form of Data Warehouse and BI.

The basis of the central administration is the central database for the maintenance of goods, pricing and determination of business conditions for individual types of goods or groups of goods. In practice, this means that the central unit is able to monitor and control all branches online, including their sub-warehouses. If individual branches are connected to the POS system of the retail network, it is also possible to monitor individual POS places online. The POS system sends information about all transactions to central unit.

Thanks to a powerful data replication system, the central unit has always the latest up-to-date data available, which can be evaluated at any time. This makes it possible to identify solutions immediately and react if necessary. The architecture and configurability of the system also enable efficient management of franchise chains where part of the powers of the individual central units and branches are delegated to the franchise central unit.
