CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION UNIT
The central administration unit is the basis of the B.O.S.S. Enterprise ERP system as the leading control instrument. Its main role is the central administration of all code lists, the determination of business conditions for the purchase and sale of goods, the setting of purchase prices and sales prices of goods or system parametrization. At the same time, it includes many other convenient functions and also serves as a communication node with the outside world - especially with external systems. As examples we can name automated communication with e-shops, electronic documents transfer from external partners or communication with accounting systems or external customer systems.
In the standard architecture, individual branches are connected to the central unit via the internet using the online data replication system. The data transfer takes place in real time so that all data from the branches is immediately available in central unit.
