UTM Video Surveillance

UTM Video Surveillance is a video surveillance system for ATMs and bank premises, integrated with ATM transactions. Every transaction is linked to the corresponding video: the card number, transaction type, time and ATM log data are recorded together with the footage. The bank receives complete, time-synchronized evidence for any customer claim or disputed transaction.

Transaction-linked video

Transaction details are overlaid on the video as captions. The archive can be searched by captions, card number, event and time, and the required fragments are exported. The operator sees live images and transaction data directly in the UTM Cash Core interface. The customer session on the ATM screen can also be recorded as an additional video channel.

Operation on the ATM

The software can be installed directly on the ATM computer and works with most standard ATM USB cameras and with IP cameras via ONVIF. The archive is stored on the internal disk of the ATM, on an external USB disk or in a network folder. The software has a small footprint, does not require heavy databases and puts minimal load on the ATM computer. Bank employees work with the archive remotely from their workstations.

Video analytics

Intelligent modules detect motion, objects (people, vehicles, left objects), camera tampering (defocusing, change of the field of view, lens obstruction), sound, smoke and fire. Face detection allows the archive to be filtered by a selected face. Heat maps show where people stayed in the frame. Neural network analytics is available on GPU.

Reactions and central management

Detector events trigger configurable reactions: notification via Telegram, e-mail or HTTP request, audio alert, image on the alarm monitor, event-based recording. The multi-server architecture provides one interface for all video servers and cameras: status, uptime, archive depth and location of each server, unified user management and access rights. Connections are protected with SSL encryption.
